The Camdeboo Conservancy was formed in 1999 when the Camdeboo Farmers Association realised the need to conserve our diverse fauna and flora in the beautiful Camdeboo Valley. It covers the area from the Camdeboo Mountain (De Reuse Kasteel) in the west, Toorberg in the north and the Valley of Desolation in the East. The Valley has been farmed commercially since the early 1700's.
